Bi-Weekly Dinner Menu: March 17th – March 30th


Much to my surprise I actually followed and enjoyed the bi-weekly dinner menu I created for the Feb 24th – March 9th period. I even took pictures of each meal, except for a couple, to chronicle the menu in visuals mode. I’ll post them sometime if I’m in the mood to resize pictures. Anyhoo, I created a new Bi-Weekly Dinner Menu for March 17th – March 30th.

*I forgot about St. Patrick’s Day so no corned beef and fixings tomorrow.

March 22nd: Saturday
Main Entree: Crock Pot Pea & Ham hocks Soup

March 23rd: Sunday
Main Entree: Steaks | Sides: Baked Potatoes, California Mixed Veggies

March 24th: Monday
Main Entree: Pork Dumplings/Pot Stickers | Pancit

March 25th: Tuesday
Main Entree: Trout Nuggets (ala Catfish nuggets) | Sides: Homemade Fries

March 26th: Wednesday
Main Entree: Pork Chops In Cream of Mushroom Soup | Sides: Rice, Buttered Corn & Peas

March 27th: Thursday
Main Entree: BBQ Chicken | Sides: scalloped potatoes, steamed broccoli

March 28th: Friday
Main Entree: Baked Penne | Sides: Garlic Bread

March 29th: Saturday
Main Entree: Pork Curry with Saffron | Sides: Rice

Main Entree: Fried Chicken Sides: Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans

Bare in mind that weekend meals may change depending on our weekend activities. I’ll just re-schedule the meals for different days.
