#NaBloPoMo 16: Sunday Work-Out


Who exercises on a Sunday? I do. Well I did today anyway. I cooked dinner early and we were done by 5:30pm so I was like you know what, I’m going to dance for 1 hour and a half. I actually also wanted to learn the new routine from Lauren Fitz’s Club Fitz on YouTube. I didn’t want to wait until Monday to do it so I figured I might as well this Sunday. I felt really good after dancing. I always do.
