Nadine Lustre’s Lawyer Responds To Viva Artists Agency’s Claims & Threats Over Contract
We are now witnessing the back and forth battle between Nadine Lustre and her lawyers versus Viva Artists Agency. After the latter responded to Kapunan & Castillo Law Offices’ statement regarding Nadine leaving VAA to be self managed indefinitely, here’s Atty Kapunan’s new statement saying they welcome any legal action from Viva. Nadine’s camp also claimed that Viva haven’t been responsive to their letters but chose instead to malign Nadine and harass third parties. Viva was also accused of interfering maliciously and wrongfully which is actionable in law for damages according to Atty Kapunan. Read the whole statement below.
