Have You Made Shepherd’s Pie Lately?

If you haven’t made Shepherd’s Pie lately then here’s your quick nudge to gather the ingredients and make it soon. It’s always a hit in our family so I hope it becomes a hit with yours as well. There’s no complicated steps. The mashed potatoes need to be made ahead but the rest is just sautéing and a bag of frozen peas & carrots will make it even easier and quicker to make. So here it is.

  • water for boiling
  • 1 stick butter
  • a dollop of sour cream
  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 stalks celery chopped

  • Sauté onions and celery. Add the ground beef. Cook and stir until browned.
