This pandemic sure has hit everyone’s routine in more ways than one. One of them is going to the gym, if you’re a gym buff of course. I prefer my living room, personally, but most people are more motivated to get to the gym as part of their daily schedule. Dingdong Dantes is sharing his own fitness journey in these times and it involves a bike trainer.
