I finally bought a new scanner/fax/copier/printer/photo printer in one system. Brother MFC-240C rules. The USB for the old flatbed scanner wasn’t compatible with the new computer. Even with laptop. We have an Epson Copier/Fax/Printer system but it’s old and it’s black and white. I’ve been wanting one for so long coz I really need it for work. Most importantly for faxing purposes but I know the scanner and the color printer would come in handy as well. I know how much Soap fans love scanned pictures from magazine. I’ve used it for some other sites too. I’ve scanned Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley’s wedding pictures for Engagements. I’ve scanned a picture of Angelina Jolie and Shiloh for Style Tots. I’m really loving it. The possibilities are endless :) . So yes, now I can also scan the pictures of my children from last year. I think November..lol.

Em was miserable that day. It didn’t help that the photographer “De-si-ree” from Wal-Mart was sidetracked. Everytime we got the baby smiling, “De-si-ree” was chatting it away with another employee. It was a loooooooong day. Scott gets annoyed with the mention of her name… LOL. She also labeled our package wrong which made us wait for another extra week. Funny thing was, I called the day before pick up to make sure and she said they were in. I got there and “De-si-ree” misplaced it. She didn’t even offer compensation or anything. Hence the SEARS Holiday Family Portrait :)

BTW, with the Brother system, I now have 2 photo printers. The first one is the Canon Pixma. Awesome. I could sell the other one on ebay but eh, I’d keep both for now :) .
