Welcome To 2009 and I'm 25 Again :)

It’s New Year’s Eve and I turn 25 (again) . Thanks everyone to all the greetings and well wishes. You all give me warm fuzzies  I wish everyone a Happy New Year as well. From my crazy family to yours.

Those are the lovely flowers and card my husband gave me today. He also bought a Carvel Ice Cream cake that we’ll partake tonight after we go to dinner at my favorite Hibachi restaurant. My son made me a door card. It’s like the "do not disturb" signs you see in hotel rooms, except it’s a birthday card, hehe. I forgot to take a picture of it though.

No party plans this year. Unlike last year where drunk pictures of us ended up in Myspace, this year we’re staying in just the two of us and 2 kids sleeping in their rooms. We’ll drink a little bit but not too much. Hubs’ resolution is to quit smoking. If he’s got a hangover when he wakes up tomorrow he’s going to want to smoke. So we’ll try to keep the drinking down to a minimum. Besides, like I was telling Christina earlier, he and I are a couple of old farts. Speaking of old farts, he kept teasing me yesterday how I’m a year older so I kept reminding him that he’s still a year older than I am so beeeeeeeeh.
