Bitchy Bangs Is Back

After my tattoo, I told the Hubs I’m getting my bangs back. I kinda missed them. I’ve let the bangs grow to a side sweep which has grown beyond my earlobe length. Last year I thought I’m going back to my long straight sleek hairstyle which I’ve had pretty much all my life if you discount the times I’ve had bob hairstyles ala Demi Moore on the movie Ghost. Anyway, a few years back when bangs became a trend, I wanted it so bad but was afraid to take that step. I had it in my head that it would make my face even rounder that it already is.

Well, back in 2006, months before and after my daughter was born, a lot happened in my life which pushed me to make major changes. Both in my hair and outlooks in life, heh. I was like a walking talking cliché’ of a woman who suddenly chops off her hair when going through major changes in life. Except I didn’t actually chop off my long hair. I got it layered and then got the bangs.

Anyhoooo, after months of sporting side sweep hair which I surprisingly found boring, I finally have my bitchy bangs back. Although if you ask my husband he’ll probably tell you that she never actually left, . I’ll still continue to grow the rest of my hair long. I’m going for a long hair with bangs look this 2010. Next up, hair color. I want to get an auburn shade again. Underneath all that black strands are a few white hair from stress. No biggie. 3 boxes of Revlon Colorsilk will fix them right up .
