bk-double-stacker The first time my husband called while he was out Four-Wheelin’ with a friend he asked what I would like to eat for dinner. I casually suggested that I might cook the Rotisserie Turkey Breast Tenderloins  that I just bought from the grocery store last night. Yah know, something quick and easy for a Saturday night. But on his second call around 5pm, he was on his way home by that time, I said, actually, I’m craving for a Burger King Double Stacker and fries for dinner.

He said sure. Even though he grabbed a quick lunch at Burger King earlier that day, he’ll swing by at Burger King to get us Burger King Double Stacker and fries meals along with the Kids Kid’s meal. As much as I love cooking homemade meals, and yes even burgers, sometimes  a few slices of crispy bacon on top of melted cheese atop a beef patty plus another melted cheese on top of another beef patty on a bun is delicious too. Definitely hits the spot.

PS: The hubs just read this post and asked why I’m talking about this so I explained to him that I joined a blogging challenge where I have to blog everyday for 365 days coz I felt shitty for neglecting my blog pretty much all throughout 2009. He reminded me that I have been blogging everyday for the past two years so what am I talking about. I furthered explained that it’s my personal blog, not the blogging jobs. I also told him I’m not the only one doing this coz with the popularity of Facebook, Twitter, and Plurk rising each day, a lot of personal bloggers felt they have neglected their personal blogs. So yeah, I have to blog about topics like wanting a BK burger and getting it to fill in the days… I have a long way to go.
