There’s been so much going on that I haven’t had time to blog here. Actually, it’s the Olympics at night, and doing the Insanity Work-Out in the morning. But in an unforeseen situation, I think have more time to blog again here. Can’t talk about it much right now but yeah.. it’s the reason why I’m up at 3:39am. *Sigh*
Anyhooo, Insanity Work-Out is this crazy-insane work-out routine created by my favorite Hip Hop Abs guy Shaun T. And it is literally INSANE. You’ll have to click on the link to read more about it coz it’s hard to explain except that it’s freaking kicking my ass these days and today is only my 3rd day. It starts with a Fit Test to test your stamina and what you’re capable of. Insanity is a 60-day program of hard cardio and all sorts of stuff that will make you sweat, fit, and throw up in some instances, heh.

wow..this is Insanity Work-out looks totally insane! (LOL). how’s the music? i have his Hip-Hop Abs DVD which is a total misnomer b/c there was hardly any hip-hop music!
My only fitness goal is to work out at least 2x a week minimum. I figure I’d just set myself up for failure if I aim to do, say a 4x/week sched.
But here’s to us and our fitness goals!
music is just that, music. something for beats and rhythm. not known at all. but Lordy, he’ll make you work out. it’s hard but surprisingly, I get through it. tomorrow is the recovery part so i’m guessing a lot of stretching and light movements.

Yeah, Zumba is fun. I love all the Latin beats. Haven’t done that though now that I started this 60-day program.

It’s tough and hard. My tip is do it at your own pace. Do it slowly and rest in between and drink lots of water. Drink water before, during and after exercise. It’s going to hurt after the first DVD which is just the Fit Test. And you might throw up. I did on the first one. But don’t worry, a lot of people threw up..LOL.
Oh and don’t worry about the intensity of each work-out coz there’s a recovery disc that’ll make you feel better after each week… Oh, and start taking vitamins.
