You will be missed. Sing with the Angels!

Lindsay Lohan’s probation had been revoked by a Judge because of missing community service appointments. Lindsay got new wrist accessories coz she was handcuffed after a 30-minute hearing.

Lohan was handcuffed in a Los Angeles court and taken away by sheriff’s deputies following a half-hour hearing. A sheriff’s deputy confirmed to PEOPLE the $100,000 bail that was set will be processed at the courthouse and that the actress will be released.

Lohan is expected back in court for a Nov. 2 hearing to formally determine whether she violated probation.

Judge Stephanie Sautner said on Wednesday that Lohan “blew off” nine scheduled appointments at the Downtown Women’s Center, where the actress had been ordered to complete 360 hours for her necklace theft case. Because of the no-shows, Lohan had been kicked out of the program.

Lindsay’s Attorney pointed out that she received glowing from her psychiatrist which accounts to her maturity but the Judge questioned how failing to show up for 9 appointments helps Lindsay’s maturity.

If she’s found in violation at the Nov. 2 hearing, Lohan could face a new jail sentence, but whether that amounts to hard time remains to be seen because of severe overcrowding issues at Lynwood Jail.

Lohan is currently on probation for three years and was sentenced to community service after she pleaded no contest to misdemeanor theft. The actress had been ordered to complete all her community service hours by the year’s end.

What else is there to say but Lindsay, Lindsay, Lindsay. *sigh*

Not that it really matters whether Jessica Simpson is pregnant or not, and I’m pretty sure some people would irritatingly ask, “who cares”, but yah know, I’m just curious. There have been rumors about it and there have been many pictures possibly supporting these rumors. Especially this new one. If Jessica Simpson is pregnant, then congrats but why not just say so. If not, well, I dunno, my bad, I guess.

I guess we can officially declare that George Clooney had 2 girlfriends join ABC’s Dancing With The Stars. His current ex-girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis was part of this season’s lineup but got eliminated 2 weeks ago. Current squeeze, Stacy Keibler, on the other hand joined during Season 2 and did very well even though she didn’t win. She finished in 3rd which was a good spot IMO.

Anyhooooo, at least Stacy can have bragging rights in saying she didn’t need DWTS after breaking up with George coz she was on it first. She can enjoy George’s company right now without thinking about a reality show after the awards season. Assuming of course that George will move on to another girl after the Oscar’s. In any case, enjoy it Stacy! He might not marry you but at least you can tell people someday that you’ve tapped that.

Just FYI, Barbara Walters didn’t call anybody the “N” word. She said the word in a newsy context while discussing a Hot Topic but I guess Sherri Shepherd was offended by it. But she wasn’t offended when Whoppi Goldberg said it. Watch the video below.

Gosh I just love how PopSugar comes up with titles in their celebrity writ-eups. Check for instance, “Cameron Diaz Bounces Back From Her ARod Breakup With a Manicure.” Go Cameron. Show ARod how fabulous your nails are. WTF???

So whatcha think of The Avengers being in the cover of Entertainment Weekly? Could that have been more photoshopped or what? Especially Scarlett Johansson’s head. I would have preferred a REAL group picture instead of individual shots that was put together like that. I mean, they’re all in one movie after all.

People, and I mean the online version of People Magazine wants to know if Ashton and Demi are splitting up. I have to admit that after reading People’s news that as much as I don’t want my mind to wander around that split area for those two, People might be onto something. That damn Twitter. You’re Damned If You Tweet, You’re Damned If You don’t Tweet..LOL

Amid new tabloid reports of infidelity by Ashton Kutcher, and trouble in his marriage to Demi Moore, the two – who are currently on different coasts – have curbed their prolific Tweeting in some possibly telling ways.

On Sept. 23, Moore shared a quote from Greek philosopher Epictetus, writing, “When we are offended at any man’s fault, turn to yourself & study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger.”

The pair also spent their sixth wedding anniversary – Sept. 24 – apart.

Kutcher arrived in San Diego on Sept. 23 for a weekend of partying with his former That ’70s Show costar Danny Masterson. Among their stops: Fluxx nightclub, where they had a VIP table. The actor also refrained from Tweeting anything on his wedding anniversary. (source)

It’s kinda sad if they do split coz they’re actually a cool couple and Ashton is active on TV again with the Two And A Half Man show which I actually like watching with my husband. It’s new and refreshing and Ashton is not wearing Charlie’s ugly shirts and shorts, hah.

I’m sure one of them or their publicists will either deny or confirm tomorrow or in a few days.
