First of, no I haven’t been to an austin allergist to help me deal with what seems like my personal blog allergies. Like I keep saying ad nauseam, at the end of the day, I’m all blogged so I don’t feel like I have anything else to share in here. In all honesty though, it’s not like anyone is here reading my blog so it would be like talking to a bubble so what’s the point of blogging, haha. I can’t believe i just said that.
Anyhooo, the winter season. It feels weird. It’s cold, sometimes freezing, then it’s nice for a few days. When I say nice, I meant, Spring-like nice weather. But then the weather will change its mood coz it becomes gloomy and like today, it’s raining. It’s supposed to be snowing in NY now. Well, the Adirondacks anyway. I really hope this moody winter doesn’t mead bad weather all throughout this year. Yah know, those natural disasters and stuff.
Just when I though I finally have an incentive to blog everyday thanks to Photo-A-Day Challenge, I’ve slacked already. Ayayay.
Gone are the days when blogging personally was one of the things I wanted to get done for the day. These days, and for years even, I’m all talked-out, micro-blogged-out, wordpress-out, and blogged-out by 6pm that my head can’t handle another hour looking at a wordpress dashboard. Unfortunately it’s my personal blog that gets it. So so so so pathetically sad about it.
Well, Monday is another start of the week so I’ll start again next week, hah!

February 4th: YOU. And since I’m being a narcissist today, I created a pop-art of myself. You can have me in red, blue, green, and purple. In my world, my emotions can be any of those tones at any given time. I’m not ashamed to admit it. I’m definitely proud of it.
Refer to this post for Photo-A-Day Challenge. Let me know if you’re doing this too so I can visit your blog.
I saw this Photo-A-Day Challenge for the whole month of Feb from a Turbo Fire buddy. I decided to do it so here it is. Since I’m starting on day 3, I’ll just post day 1 to 3 so tomorrow I’ll be all caught up with the dates. If you’re doing this too please let me know so I can visit your blog.
February is not just love month, it’s my husband’s birthday month. He already got his gift yesterday. A light Ibanez black guitar that he can play around with without having to lug around his other heave guitars. He found it from a pawnshop yesterday. I told him since it’s his birthday on the 20th, if he likes something from the shop then by all means get it. So he did. I’m wondering if he’d also need a new guitar tuner that would go with it. He’s already got one of course but I still want to give him something small on the day of his birthday itself. He just purchased his amplifier a few months ago therefore I know he’s good with that. So a new guitar tuner it is.
Speaking of, he’s in the shed right now fine tuning his guitar after he cleaned and buffed it to shine to perfection last night. When he’s in the zone of tuning his guitar, which he usually does in our bedroom, I could never hear myself think. He turned the shed in the back of the house as his own man cave. That’s where he plays his music as loud as he can and where he works out in the morning. He can tune the E, A, D. G, B, and E strings over and over again all night without me hearing a thing. After he does that, he’ll probably rock it out in the shed like he’s having his own mini concert playing the few metal songs he’s so good at. That part actually don’t bother me. I am proud to have a husband who knows how to play a guitar and who is capable of rocking my world with a finely tuned guitar. It’s a love month after all.
No offense to my dear friends but coffee really is my bestfriend. I can’t function without it. When I get the crazy idea not to have coffee just to do another crazy idea to quit drinking coffee, my day turns into shambles. I get a terrible headache worthy of Lubbock migraine. My husband knows when I get these crazy days of quitting coffee. He sees my hand in my forehead then asks, “coffee?” right away. Having said that though, I can only have 2 cups a day. I go over that and I’m having heart palpitations. So let’s see, if I don’t drink coffee, I’ll suffer from headache. If I drink more than 2 cups, I’ll get heart palpitations. I’m swell.. haha.
Sometimes I try to live in the wild side by having iced coffee and my world is A-Okay.

Emma loves to bake. If it was up to her we’d be baking cookies, cakes, and cupcakes, everyday. But of course we can’t do that so we do it on the weekends. She definitely had fun with all the Holiday baking we did last year. Anyhooo, for Christmas, Nan and Pop gave her a Kid’s Cupcake Bake Set from Bed Bath and Beyond. The set came with apron, wooden mixing spoon, icing spreader, 5pc measuring spoons, 12 cup nonstick mini cupcakes pan, 1(24 count) mini cupcake liners, cupcake stand and vinyl carry bag.
We made mini chocolate banana cupcakes.

And regular sized ones too. BTW, I added chocolate chips on the recipe so the cupcakes are more decadent. And another thing, the cupcake bake set is currently on sale for $2.99. NICE!
Thanks for the post from Sylvester Campbell
Having VoIP for business has been such a lifesaver for my little company. I don’t know what I would do if I didn’t have such a strong technology background – it’s the only thing that keeps my small business looking professional with the way things are right now. I can’t understand how some people are able to be in this business and NOT be struggling because for me it’s hard just to pay myself, much less have employees on the books but you know, I guess it’s all part of the trade off. I get all the responsibility for owning this little company which means I get to make all the decisions and whatnot but I also get all of the bad stuff when it comes time to figure out why things aren’t going well. It’s nice to have a flexible schedule but flexible doesn’t mean I don’t have to work much – I don’t EVER get a day off – it just means I get to work at 2am as much as I get to work at 2pm!
