It’s Wednesday which means break time from doing Turbo Fire. No workout today so I thought I’d read up on eyelash growth products for my fashion blog. For some reason, I’ve eaten too much today. Well not to the pointwhere I’m busting out my clothes, but I’ve just eaten more today than I usually eat on a daily basis. The day that I’m not supposed to work out is the day I’m just going for it. Ayayay.

It started with slices of fried eggplants and some leftover rice, and pico de gallo, for breakfast. And then the leftover baked trout with pico de gallo for lunch. Then a couple of homemade cinnamon rolls with apples for afternoon snacks. For dinner, I just devoured 2 bacon cheeseburgers. What the hell? I asked myself earlier if I feel depressed. My heart and brain said no. My monthly period is done so it’s not PMS. I don’t think it’s stress coz I’m always stressed so there’s nothing new there. Maybe I’m just hungry today from all the moderation diet and working out I’ve been doing. Aaahhhhhhhhhh.

I’m going to sneak a 30-minute HIIT workout in a few minutes just so I would feel better about myself before I go to bed today. Then I’ll double up my workout tomorrow.

I’ve been using my husband’s Gatorade water bottle for months now and it works fine. I have no complains about it. But I’ve always wanted a stainless steel water bottle coz I’ve read a lot of good things about it most especially the environmental benefits. Yah know, I try to be eco-friendly when I could.

I found this Outdoor Products Stainless Steel Sports Bottle at Wal-Mart for $5. Pretty cheap, huh? It comes in different colors but because I love blue, I picked this one. I figured the pink ribbon in the blue bottle looks better than any other colors.

Oh yeah the pink ribbon. Not only am I being eco-friendly with this water bottle, I also donated 10% of the sale to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. As much as I could, I support that cause as well.

I used this today while doing my TurboFire 60 workout. I think this stainless steel water bottle and I are going to be bestfriends from now on.

I will be going into Week 9 of Turbo Fire starting tomorrow. So far this month, I’ve lost 8 pounds. I’m hoping to lose 2 or 3 more pounds this coming week. I believe my weight loss has been steady and healthy so I’m happy about that. And I’m actually just doing Turbo Fire now coz my knees started to hurt when I doing a hybrid of TF and Insanity. 8 pounds with only Turbo Fire sounds good to me so I’ll just do Insanity again when I’m completely done with Turbo Fire. And that’s 3 months more to go, hehe.

Anyhooo, while perusing YouTube for Turbo Fire transformation videos I stumbled upon Hip Hop Hustle videos. HHH is actually owned by Chalene Johnson too so it was kinda cool to see her hip hop moves. I know she could dance but I didn’t she could dance that well, and hip hop moves no less.

Technically, I’m not on a very strict diet where I have to cut practically everything out. I don’t think that will ever happen in my life. I just love food too much. But I’m also aware that I can’t continue eating as much as I have been for years. I’m not talking about shoving food in my mouth from the time I wake up to the time I hit the bed at 1am. I don’t do that of course. My diet is pretty much just moderation or portion control. I could read sensa weight loss reviews all day and decide whether I believe it or not but it’s still up to me how much I eat each meal. Instead of 1 pork chop, I cut that in half. Any kind of meat entrée, I cut in half. Rice, 1 cup. No seconds or thirds. And I go for salads for lunch. I go for fresh fruits smoothies or non-fat yogurt for snacks. And I try not to eat too much of my homemade cookies, cupcakes, or whatever sweets I bake. Again, portion control.

For almost 2 months now, with exercise and moderation diet, I’ve lost 9 pounds with better stamina, muscles, energy and toned body.

So I started a hybrid of Turbo Fire and Insanity this May. My first week of Turbo Fire was also the week for Insanity Core Cardio & Balance which is more like an intense recovery week after the 30-day 1st round which prepares me for the  Maximum 30-day round 2.

Refer to this Turbo Calendar and Insanity lineup to get an idea of what the hell I’m talking about. And if you have time just go to YouTube to get an idea of how the workouts look like.

For week 4 of Turbo Fire and 2nd week of Insanity Maximum, I decided to do the Turbo Fire Inferno Week instead and skip the Insanity 2nd week. Coz see, TF Inferno is hardcore and I don’t want to push myself too hard.

Inferno workouts for Monday, Wednesday and Friday are TF 55 EZ and Stretch 10. Here are the videos of that. EZ doesn’t mean easy, trust me.

I feel like a stranger in my own blog which shouldn’t freak me out at all since I’m pretty much just talking to myself here anyway. So Hi Self.

I just finished doing  35 minutes of Crunch Dance Blast. Well a few minutes ago. I just finished taking a short shower actually. And this means what? Well, nothing really. It’s just, I’ve been working out a lot lately that I don’t seem to have much time to blog here. Not even in my fitness and health blog. I’m thinking of integrating that blog here so I don’t have to login to so many accounts. BUT, I think I’ll wait until I am satisfied with my results. I try not to psyche myself up a lot when I feel and see changes in my body coz that’s when I go back to old habits then I’m back to the beginning.

I made this cool chart on paper with different color of inks to differentiate the Hybrid of workouts I’ve been doing. I tried to create one in Word and thought of printing it but my colored printer inks ran out so it wouldn’t look as cool as the ones I created using pens. It looks cool just being on desktops though so I might share the image here sometime.

There you go, just stopping by to say hi to myself and whomever else is visiting this blog. Thanks!

I’ve been very good in working out for the past 2 weeks. I did a hybrid of Insanity and serious hip-hop dancing.  I found a really cool dance workout from CRUNCH via Netflix that I’m enjoying immensely. I actually found myself doing the dance workout twice a day. It’s called Crunch Dance Blast with Marie Forleo. The latter is so cute and such a great dance/exercise instructor. The dance is considered to be low-impact but I’ve turned it into a high-impact dance by really going for it. I’m not just moving around to follow the steps. I give it all with my own hip-hop flair and I LOVE It!

Having said that, it would be nice to go to a spa to rejuvenate my body from all that dancing and high-impact Insanity. I can’t afford to go one but one of those spa gift baskets from someone would suffice. I’d pamper myself for a day in my own bathroom. That would just be so delicious for my bones and joints, I’m sure.

1. I believe that the reliable diets that work fast for women are eating healthy, moderately and exercising. I don’t go for, “Oh I shouldn’t eat this piece of bread coz of Carbs.” I am more on, “Oh I want a small piece.” Chocolate, oh sure, why not, but just half of a bar and I’ll save the other half for tomorrow. Unless my daughter finds it, of course. And then I just dance dance and do whatever else.

2. Speaking of eating and exercising, I need to update my healthy and fitness blog tonight. I have one which I’ll reveal sometime, soon.

3. A part of the message on my Husband’s birthday card was thanking him for keeping me calm when everything seems crazy. He asked me how things have changed. Coz it used to me who was calm while he was temperamental. We’ve somehow switched personalities. He’s calmer now while I’m a little crazier, HAHA!

4. Goodness Gracious the weather has been soooo nice lately. I can’t keep my daughter inside anymore. We’re outside playing all the time then as soon as we get back inside, she crashes in the couch. She’s just too cute when exhausted.

5. My husband is having a 3-day weekend off. Woohooo. We’re looking forward to a family time with the kids then a movie marathon with out Netflix. I should talk about some fo the movies we’ve seen sometime, soon.
