Monday’s Random Thoughts: Feb 22
1. I believe that the reliable diets that work fast for women are eating healthy, moderately and exercising. I don’t go for, “Oh I shouldn’t eat this piece of bread coz of Carbs.” I am more on, “Oh I want a small piece.” Chocolate, oh sure, why not, but just half of a bar and I’ll save the other half for tomorrow. Unless my daughter finds it, of course. And then I just dance dance and do whatever else.
2. Speaking of eating and exercising, I need to update my healthy and fitness blog tonight. I have one which I’ll reveal sometime, soon.
3. A part of the message on my Husband’s birthday card was thanking him for keeping me calm when everything seems crazy. He asked me how things have changed. Coz it used to me who was calm while he was temperamental. We’ve somehow switched personalities. He’s calmer now while I’m a little crazier, HAHA!
4. Goodness Gracious the weather has been soooo nice lately. I can’t keep my daughter inside anymore. We’re outside playing all the time then as soon as we get back inside, she crashes in the couch. She’s just too cute when exhausted.
5. My husband is having a 3-day weekend off. Woohooo. We’re looking forward to a family time with the kids then a movie marathon with out Netflix. I should talk about some fo the movies we’ve seen sometime, soon.
Way To Go, ME!!
A little pat in the back is necessary and well-deserved for today. Perhaps a few cruises to Bermuda as a reward would be nice. I literally just finished my 1st day of Insanity’s Core Cardio and Balance week. That was my second workout of the day. I did Hip-Hop dance in the morning. I actually used to do Insanity in the morning or mid-day then extra light exercises at about 6 or 7pm. That’s after dinner time. However, I switched up my routine when January 2011 rolled. I decided to do the low-impact exercise during the day then the high impact Insanity early at night. My husband is home from work by then so just in case I hurt myself he’s here to do what’s necessary.
I’m not saying Insanity could hurt you, well, it depends how your health and stamina is, but this workout is not a joke so you have to be careful and always pay attention to Shaun T’s instruction so you’d do the routine the right way. If not, you might twist your ankle or hurt your back. I’m not trying to scare anyone of course. It’s just that my husband is always worried I’d hurt myself doing Insanity while he’s at work, and I have the little girl at home with me. So to give him a peace of mind, I’ve decided to do Insanity when he’s finally home.
No Workout For December
I’ve decided to take it easy on myself this month. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing especially with all the holiday treats. I haven’t been just sitting and reading up on apidexin reviews of course. I’ve been very good in eating moderately. And when I say moderately, I mean lesser than the less amount of food I’ve had to eat before December. See, with Insanity workout, you really have to eat. I’m not saying a lot but you just have to eat or you’ll go weak. Insanity is an intense workout and I put my body through it since September. I figured I’d give myself a rest then do another 2-month round in January 2011.
I’m just happy that even without any exercise, I’ve actually lost 4 pounds in a week and a half. My only workout these days is actually doing more house work and stretching my brain with my online work. I’ve managed to control my hunger and cravings everyday. Yay Me!!
First Day Of NaBloPoMo
It’s the 1st day of November, 1st day of November NaBloPoMo, and it’s Monday. For some reason I love it when that happens. Although I don’t know how often it happens in the calendar but I just love it. It feels like the new beginning, no? I figured this day deserves something better than reading up on phentermine reviews. How about a successful Insanity Fit Test and a good breakfast of butter croissant and peach yogurt?
Doesn’t that look delicious? I love Peach yogurt. My husband tried to sell me the banana cream pie flavored yogurt when we went grocery shopping but I adamantly told him that I prefer Peach. So to make his point, he took the banana cream pie yogurt for himself and firmly told me he likes it. So I told him FINE, but I’m getting my Peach
. The croissant, ahhh, so buttery goodness. I wanted another one but I’m supposed to be eating moderately so I’ll just save the other one for tomorrow. I love croissants as much as I love Peach yogurt.
I think I’m going to have a good 1st day of November, 1st day of November NaBloPoMo, and 1st day of the week. Try to have a good one yourself as well!
Summer Plan For 2011
I hope I don’t jinx this but our plan for next Summer is to go to New York to visit my in-laws. The last time we were there was 2007. Emma was still a baby and she had fun in the town’s lake. She was so chubby, hehe.
We’d probably go and swim there again. Surprisingly, I’m not in a panic mode. Taking women’s diet pills didn’t even occur to mind coz I’ve been exercising really hard and I’m determined to be ready for swimwear by Summer 2011.
We have other things planned to do while in New York of course but I’ll share that some other time. Let’s enjoy fall and winter first.
PMS Time
Now that I’ve been working out regularly, my body won’t tell me if I’m about to have my monthly visitor. Like I’ve said before, Insanity has somehow helped my cramp problems. However, I’ve learned to detect when the time of the month is coming. The good ‘ol moods. I get frustrated and irritated so easily. My face starts to break out too so my trusted acne product is definitely being put to good use. I don’t mind coz it only last me 2 days. I had a mask the other day which amused my 4 yr old daughter. She wouldn’t stop smiling and looking at my crackling face, hehe.
I’m Back With Shaun T But I Need V
So I’ve been doing the Insanity Workout this week. My Fit Test wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. I’m actually impressed by it. I’ll post the numbers when I find the notebook where I wrote my old Fit Test numbers so I can compare ‘em side by side. The other night the hubs and I talked about getting our abs back or at least getting it smaller, haha. He works out in the shed out back in the morning. I said Shaun T doesn’t do abs exercises. He doesn’t do any of the crunches and all that stuff. His workout routine will give you nice abs without doing sit-ups at all. My smart-alecky husband reminded me that Shaun T doesn’t actually need abs exercises. True, hehe.
Now that I’m doing Insanity again, I feel really week in the middle of the day. I find myself dozing off while learning what the heck Velo Bind is. Then it dawned on me that I haven’t been taking my vitamins. With Insanity workout, taking vitamins is a MUST, plus of course a good eating plan. While it’s good to have a healthy diet, plain salad won’t cut it with Insanity. You need to replenish your body with nutritious and substantial food to be able to do all the Insanity steps. One must be strong to last a 45 minute Insanity workout. Meat is definitely good, heh. Plus Vitamins. So yes, I better get on those vitamins which I really hate but I definitely need if I want to function during the day after working out.
I Need Insanity Workout
I’ve mentioned before that thanks to Insanity Workout my menstrual cramps have disappeared. I’m just back to my fitness routine after sidelining it for a few weeks because of our house move. I haven’t done Insanity for weeks now. My plan was to start it this week but my period started. And I really felt this period because the first day was terrible. It was like taking a revenge at me for not being able to hurt me for months because I decided to get off my behind and start doing Insanity workout with Shaun T.
As soon as this period is over, I’m definitely going to bust out the Insanity moves. The question is apidexin safe? which I think pertains to quick weight loss would be far from mind. I know that Insanity is going to help me with that and my cramps problems. 1 more day and I should be good.
