French Toast With International Delight White Chocolate Macadamia Creamer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup International Delight White Chocolate Macadamia Creamer
  • 1 tsp powdered cinnamon
  • butter for cooking
  • maple syrup (or regular pancake syrup)
  • confectionery sugar
  • slices of bread

Instructions
 

  • Make the bread a day or two before. Or use store-bought bread. Slice the bread. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, creamer, and ground cinnamon. Soak both sides of the bread in the egg and milk mixture.
  • Melt butter in a pan or electric griddle. Cook each side on the pan until golden brown. 3 or 4 pieces at a time. Repeat the process for the remaining slices of bread.
