Boil water to cook the spaghetti. Make sure to reserve some of the pasta water.
Melt butter into a saute pan. Add the onions and garlic to cook until soft. Add the frozen assorted seafood. Stir then cover. Cook for about 8to 10 minutes or so.
Season with Italian seasoning, salt & pepper, then add the wine and juice of 1 lemon. Stir everything together. Stir in the cooked pasta and about 3/4 cup of the pasta water. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese then stir to incorporate.
