Heat up oil in a deep pan. Combine 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 tbsp of ground cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside. In another bowl, add 1/4 cup of sugar and set aside as well.
Pop the tube of biscuits. Cut 1 biscuit in 4 quarters. Roll each quarter to form a ball.
Fry up the donut holes in the hot oil until golden brown. About 6-8 minutes or so. You’ll probably have to do this in batches. Drain the excess oil.
