Viva Artists Agency Responds To Kapunan & Castillo Law Offices Statement On Nadine Lustre’s Contract
Did I speak too soon when I said someone or some entity might not be happy about James Reid and Nadine Lustre‘s self-management decisions for their careers? Viva Artists Agency released their own statement claiming that Nadine Lustre remains to be an exclusive artist under Viva which means she can’t unilaterally withdraw from her contract. Any dealings outside her VAA contract without their approval constitute as breach of contract.
Is this a case of an artists wanting out but the management says otherwise? Are we about to see a legal battle between Nadine and Viva Artists Agency? I guess we’ll see how this will turn out and how it would affect Nadine in the long run.
