ABS-CBN’s Statement On “It’s Showtime” Leaving TV5 Starting July 1st
With TVJ’s Eat Bulaga finding it’s new home on TV5, the noontime slot given to ABS-CBN’s “It’s Showtime” has now been given to the former which leaves the latter without a timeslot of their own. According to the official statement issued by ABS-CBN today, TV5 offered “It’s Showtime” the 4:30pm timeslot which they respectfully declined. Kapamilyas will have to continue watching the noontime show on its digital platforms TFC, iWantTFC, Kapamilya Online Live, Kapamilya Channel, and A2Z from Mondays thru Saturday at 12pm.
Interestingly enough, ABS-CBN thanked GMA Network’s GTV Channel for providing them a noontime slot on their platform so viewers could also watch it on GMA 7’s GTV.
