Quesabirria Tacos From Mi Casita
We went to at one of our favorite restaurants the other day, Mi Casita, and as soon as we entered the place there was a poster of Quesabirria Tacos. Hubby and I kept looking at it and decided that’s what we were ordering. The plate came with 3 Quesabirria Tacos, onions & cilantro mix, a broth that has the consistency of au jus, lime, and a side plate of rice and refried beans. They were filling, scrumtoous, and oh SO.GOOD!
The tacos were filled to the brim with stewed beef and melted Mexican cheese on top plus the broth on the side to either drizzle onto the beef or dip into. I wanted to drink it. 😅
