In Oversized Belt Buckle, We Cinch!
Oversized belt buckle is SO.BACK! I was so giddy when Marian Rivera wore a belt buckle tube top from Cult Gaia back in October of last year. Then last Friday, Anne Hathaway was stunning in her Versace gown with belt buckle on her waist. I knew I had to dust off my own oversized belt buckle to keep up with the girls. You might want to as well. Start cinching, lovelies!
It’s not just blue, it’s not turquoise, it’s not lapis, it’s actually cerulean. If you don’t know the reference, it’s a famous line from the film The Devil Wears Prada which starred Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt, and Anne Hathaway. The latter looked GORGEOUS in her cerulian Versace dress with the belt during last Friday’s SAG Awards. My favorite color too.
Marian looked stunning in this Cult Gaia belt buckle top during her contract signing with Love K-Derma last year. The top is not cinching anything obviously but it’s more of a cool detail for a top and I love it so much!
And yours truly last Sunday, wearing a black trench dress with oversized red leather belt cinching my waist. I extended the square buckle detail with my red pumps too. Loving the contrast of black and red colors.
