Gabby Concepcion States Reason For Saying No To A Sharon-Gabby Movie
With the success of Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion reunion concert “Dear Heart” which is now heading to the US and Canada, it is not too farfetched for a Sha-Gab movie next. Fans want it more than ever for sure. However, there’s a good reason why there isn’t one yet from Gabby’s perspective which makes total sense. In an interview with Pep, Gabby states that he wants a good story where everyone would feel good but he’s said no to a lot of scripts because he saw how the patterns are the same. Gabby prefers something different so once a script is shaped into something right then they should do it.

GABBY-SHARON REUNION MOVIE
Isa na rito ang reunion sana nila ni Sharon na isang magandang pelikula.
Okay naman daw sa kanyang magsama sila muli ni Sharon sa isang pelikula, pero ang gusto niya ay isang magandang istorya talaga.
“Ang importante lang, story. Kaya hindi matuluy-tuloy, I’ll be honest with you guys, I’m very particular with the story.
“Hindi lang porke, ‘Ahh may pelikula kami ni Sharon. Ahh yung movies namin nag-click. Ahh ki-click ito,’ hindi!
“Dapat maganda rin ang istoya para sa kanila din naman, para sa atin din. Para pag napanood natin, you feel good. We all feel good.
“Marami na akong tinanggihan na script ng mga producers for a Gabby-Sharon movie, because nakita ko… ako, ha? Nakita ko na yung pattern niya is the same.
“So, I want it different talaga. Kaya may mga ideas din ako. Buuin natin yun, at kapag nabuo na tama sa lahat, gawin natin,” saad ni Gabby.(SOURCE: PEP)
