White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Before I give you the recipe, let me tell you a story. My nephew from Upstate NY is up here in NC to see my brother-in-law and his family. I found out at about noon today that weβre having a get together party. For 2 hours I couldnβt think of anything I could make for the party. It starts at 7pm. I knew that my dear sister-in-law will have all sorts of dips for chips and most probably finger foods. So I told my husband there is no point in making my own. He suggested potato salad. Itβs not a BBQ party and the party sounded like a chips and dips kind of gathering so I doubt anybody would eat potato salad.
On the 3rd hour, I decided to make cookies. Who wouldnβt eat cookies? Especially white chocolate chip cookies. And of course, everyone loved them.
