BEEF AND 3-CHEESE LASAGNA

Lasagna is always a hit dish in our household. It’s one of my favorite Italian dishes but you’d be surprised how sporadic I make lasagna for dinner. I mean it’s not that hard unless perhaps you’re making your own Pappardelle noodles for it. Now that would take a little bit more time than usual. When getting the ingredients for this Beef And 3-Cheese Lasagna I found a box of oven-ready noodles which I figured would be great to try out. I’ve read lasagna recipes before that opt for not boiling the pasta but I’ve always been afraid to try that way. Since the box already says it’s oven-ready I figured I might as well it now. The outcome was successful and of course a scrumptious lasagna that got everybody excited as soon as I took it out of the oven.
