Weekends Are For Mother & Daughter Baking Time

We love to Bake. It’s one of our favorite bonding activities to do especially now that swimming season is over. The week is busy with school and homework so we reserve the weekends for our baking sessions. Emma would get excited what we would bake next around Thursdays and I tell her to start thinking about what she wants us to make. We make cookies, cupcakes, cakes, etc. It is certainly a nice mother-daughter time for us. It has become our tradition and a lot of beautiful memories are created in the kitchen for sure.

This past weekend we made Fudgy Brownies and thought it would be cool to turn some into monster bites for since it’s Halloween month. It’s pretty self explanatory.

Just make your fudgy brownies, cool, then cut into small squares. Melt almond bark in the microwave, stir until desired consistency. Add a little bit of oil to thin it out which makes it easier to coat the brownies. Decorate however you want.
