Macrame And Mermaids For A Teen Bedroom
Back in July 0f 2021, I’ve transitioned my daughter’s bedroom decor to a more teen vibe. After I bought a Macrame wall decor for an area in the living room, I decided to use macrame in Emma’s room too. She’s a teenager who loves swimming, the beach, and well, mermaids. Her bathroom has that exact concept. Well, we both like Mermaids and ocean/beach style, maybe more me than her in terms of decorating stuff but she always gets excited when she sees the results. So, I’ve figured I’d combine Macrame and Mermaids in the other half of her room which is her lounge area.
I bought the Macrame and Mermaids canvas prints on Amazon. The dreamcatcher macrame below is from Hobby Lobby. Emma likes the new look in her room so YAY. It took me 2 hours just to get everything align(and not even perfect at all) and exactly how I wanted the Macrame to lay flat and stretched.
