French Toast With International Delight French Vanilla Creamer

Ingredients
  

  • slices of French Bread (or homemade) (or regular bread)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup International Delight French Vanilla Creamer
  • sprinkle of powdered cinnamon
  • butter for cooking
  • confectionery sugar
  • maple syrup (or regular pancake syrup)

Instructions
 

  • Slice the bread. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, creamer, and ground cinnamon. Soak both sides of the bread in the egg and milk mixture.
  • Melt butter in a pan or electric griddle. Cook each side on the pan until golden brown. 3 or 4 pieces at a time. Transfer in a platter or serving tray. Repeat the process for the remaining slices of bread.
