- Brown the ground beef. Drain the fat. Add the con queso and stir everything together. Stir in salsa and continue to cook for 2 more minutes or so.
- Transfer the whole thing into a serving bowl.
Serve as a dip for tortilla chips, in whatever shape you want. I prefer the tortilla scoops myself.
