KC Concepcion Surprises Mom Sharon Cuneta For Her 55th Birthday

KC Concepcion traveled from Palawan to Manila then to the island where Mom Sharon Cuneta and the rest of her family are currently staying for her 55th birthday. Sharon was happy to see her first daughter who brought her favorite Strawberry Shortcake and friend Tim Yap who gave Sharon beautiful flowers.
