Ham & Pesto Spaghetti
Last Christmas we had Ham as our main entrée. Of course we had leftovers. Look at the size of that Ham.
I sectioned off leftovers for future dishes and stored them in the freezer. Fast forward to this month, I made Ham & Pesto Spaghetti served with Garlic Bread.
Ingredients
Method
- Boil water for the spaghetti noodles. Save 3 cups of the pasta water. In a saute pan, heat up oil then saute garlic, onions, and chopped Ham for 5 minutes or so.

- Season with salt and black pepper.

- Add the reserved Pasta water. Then stir in the Pesto sauce.

- Stir in the al dente spaghetti noodles.

- Stir in grated parmesan cheese.

- VOILA!

Serve with Garlic Bread.
