Director Erik Matti Tells John Arcilla To Stop Gaslighting Him In Private Messages
Since Erik Matti called out John Arcilla and Star Magic for failure to mention the movie “On The Job: The Missing 8” which won him a Volpi Cup which paved the way for him to be recognized by the Senate of The Philippines, Arcilla continued to post on Instagram to specifically include the director and the movie. Matti is not having it. He called out Arcilla again for gaslighting him in private messages to make him feel like he overreacted in his umbrage towards him and his management. In his long message on Instagram wherein he used a photo of him and Dennis Trillo and tagged Arcilla specifically he let him know his posts are sarcastic and insulting. The director told Arcilla to stop patronizing him and to stop posting just for damage control then firmly said, “This Ends Now.”
