Season the wings with lemon-pepper seasoning.
Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil to the wings. Mix to coat evenly. You can skip this step if you want. The only reason I added 1 tbsp of oil is because I wasn’t sure how it would turn out but I think it’ll be fine. For an option, lightly spray the wings with cooking spray instead.
Place 1 cup of flour in a ziploc bag. Season with lemon-pepper seasoning as well. Drench the chicken wings 6-8 pieces at a time with the flour mixture.
Place them in a pan to shake the excess flour off. Let that set for 5 minutes or so.
Place 10-12(depending on how big the wings are) or 8-10 pieces of wings into the air-fryer basket. This was the last batch of the wings so I was just trying to cook fast. Place less chicken wings just to be sure they’ll cook evenly. Place into the air-fryer. Set the temperature to 350° for 25 minutes.
Midway cooking, take the basket out to flip the chicken wings. Put it back to continue cooking. Give ’em another 5 minutes of cooking if necessary.
Enjoy the wings as is or if you love hot wings like we do: melt butter in a cup(use microwave, 30 seconds or so), add it into a bowl with some hot sauce. Do this in batches to coat the chicken wings with the hot sauce.
