In a non-stick pancook the bacon strips then set aside.
In a big bowl, combine beef Italian seasoning, salt, blackened seasoning, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix everything together with your hands.
Get a fistful size of the meat mixture and form into a patty. Do this until you have all the patties you need.
Cook the patties, each side in either the grill, griddle pan, or non-stick pan. Add the cheese slices on top at the very end to slighly melt.
