Preheat the oven to 350°. Pound the chops with meat tenderizer/mallett.
Put the French fried onions on a large ziploc/freezer bag. Make sure to let the air out then close. Use a rolling pin to crush the fried onions in coarse/crumbly consistency.
Beat the egg and milk together. Season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Coat the pork chops with the egg mixture. Drench both sides of the chops with the French fried onions.
Cover a sheet pan with foil for easy clean up. Place the pork chops onto the pan, then bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
