Caramelized Peaches With Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 ripe peaches
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • Vanilla (Bean) Ice Cream

Method
 

  1. Slive the peaches into small quarters.
  2. Melt butter into a pan.
  3. Add the brown sugar.
  4. Stir together until sugar and butter dissolves.
  5. Add the peaches. Sprinkle pinch of salt.
  6. Add the ground cinnamon.
  7. Stir constantly as the peaches cooks to soften and carmaelize.
  8. Cook until soft and bubbly.
