Make pico de gallo with chopped tomatoes, scallions, salt & pepper. Add chopped cilantro if available. Set aside.
Heat a pan to brown the chorizo meat. Take out the grease from the pan. Set aside.
Beat eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Melt butter into a skillet. Make the scrambled eggs however you do it.
Warm up flour tortillas in the oven, 340° for a minute or 2.
Arrange the pico de gallo, refried beans(warmed in the microwave), shredded cheese, salsa, scrambled eggs, chorizo, and flour tortilla in a board.
