Method
- Lightly grease the bottom and sides of a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 355°
- DO NOT drain the liquid from the corn kernels. Dump all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix everything together.
- Put the corn mixture into the baking dish. Bake it in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving. OR, make it a day ahead and warm it up the next day before serving.
