Crockpot T-Bone Bistek

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pcs T-Bone steaks
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • generous sprinkling of black pepper
  • 1 medium red onion sliced in rings
  • sprinkle of red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. In a jar, combine water, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and smashed garlic cloves.
  2. Pour some of the marinade in the bottom of the crockpot. Place the T-Bone steaks into the pot. Pour the remaining marinade into the pot.
  3. Cover the crockpot. Set to low heat and leave it to cook for 6-7 hours. Obviously, start cooking around 10am.
  4. At the last hour add slices of red onions. Cover and continue to cook until ready to serve.
