Combine water, milk, butter, sugar, and salt in a pot. Let it boil in medium heat while stirring constantly.
Stir in the flour. Lift the pot away from the heat while stirring. Once combined, return to the heat and keep stirring until a ball of smooth dough forms.
Transfer the dough into a bowl. Beat with electric mixer to help cool it down. Once cooled, beat in 4 eggs, one at a time.
Transfer the dough into a piping bag with a large star tip.
Heat up oil in a bigger pot. Test the oil by dropping a little bit of the dough and when it sizzles/bubbles up then it's ready. Once ready, carefully pipe dough into the oil, cutting in between. This depends how long you want your Churros.
Fry the dough 2 minutes on each side. Drain in a plate lined with paper towel. Repeat the process. Combine sugar and powdered cinnamon on a plate. Coat the fried Churros with the sugar mixture while they're still warm. You can easily do this in between frying.
