Easy Salmon Patties

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans wild salmon drained
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 spoonful mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • sprinkle of garlic powder
  • sprinkle of onion powder
  • sprinkles of salt and pepper
  • sprinkle of paprika
  • oil for pan-frying
  • sprinkles of salt and pepper
  • 2 strings *chopped scallions if available

Method
 

  1. Except for the oil combine everything together in a bowl with a fork. Form a ball then shape into a burger patty.
  2. Heat up oil in a nonstick pan. Brown the salmon patties each side until golden brown. 3-5 minutes each side. Pan-fry in batches.
