English Muffins Pepperoni Mini Pizzas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack English Muffins
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  • Gouda cheese (use any kind you want)
  • 1 pack Pepperoni rounds

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 355°. Separate the English muffins. Lay each slice on a sheet pan.
  2. Spread sauce on top of the muffins.
  3. Then the cheese.
  4. Then the pepperoni rounds. 5 for each muffins but you can add more if you want. (I saved the 4 muffins for my daughter to work on. She went to walk the Dog during prepping time because that Girl has a schedule and a routine!! ☺️).
  5. Bake them in the oven for 15 to 20minutes.
