In one paper plate, season flour with lemon pepper. Stir together.
Beat two eggs with milk then season with salt and pepper. In another paper plate, season Panko breadcrumbs with sprinkle of paprika and chili powder. Stir together.
Slice the green tomatoes about quarter-inch thick. Lightly season with salt and pepper. One slice at a time, drench the tomato in flour them in the egg mixture then coat with the Panko breadcrumbs. Repeat with the remaining tomato slices. Heat up oil in a pan. Fry each side, 3-4 slices at a time, 2-3 minutes. Do not overcrowd the pan.
MAKE AIOLI: Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon-pepper, garlic powder, hot sauce, salt and pepper. (Add a little bit of brown mustard too is you want.)
