Grilled Italian Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
  

  • 3 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • generous sprinkle of salt & pepper
  • 1 yellow sweet pepper sliced in chunks
  • 1 onion sliced in chunks
  • a few pieces of bacon
  • chili-lime-salt spice seasoning

Equipment

  • charcoal grill
  • metal skewers

Method
 

  1. Sliced the boneless chicken breast in chicken tender sizes.
  2. Generously season the slices with salt and pepper.
  3. Gently pound or tenderize the slices.
  4. In a marinating bowl, combine the sliced chicken breasts and Italian dressing. Coat evenly, cover the bowl then chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
  5. Wrap some of the slices with bacon. I didn't do it to every slice because I was saving the bacon for breakfast(HAH).
  6. Skewer with metal skewers - chicken, sweet pepper, chicken, onion, then another slice of chicken.
  7. Grill and grill. Sprinkle a Lime-Chili-Salt spice into the chicken while grilling. This enhances the flavor. My husband saved 2 skewers for my daughter because she doesn't like spicy things.
