Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Slice in quarters. Chop the corn into thirds then chop again lengthwise. Boil in water for 10 minutes. While that's boiling, peel the shrimp and slice the sausage.
Once the potatoes and corn are boiled, drain the water and transfer into a large bowl. Add the sausage and shrimp. Drizzle the melted butter(1/2 stick), juice of 1/2 lemon, and sprinkle creole seasoning. Carefully stir everything together. Add more seasoning if necessary.
Divide between the foil sheets. Fold the sides upwards then fold again plus the short sides to secure the packs. Grill 8-10 minutes in low-medium heat. Flip to grill for another 5 minutes.
