Leftover Grilled Country Pork Ribs SISIG

Ingredients
  

  • leftover grilled pork chopped in cubes
  • 2 strings green onions or 1 sm onion, chopped
  • 2 big spoonful of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp wasabi or wasabi mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp horseradish sauce (optional)
  • sprinkle of red pepper flakes
  • sprinkle of black pepper
  • 2 lemons
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced pork, lemon juice, soy sauce, green onions, red pepper flakes, black pepper, mayonnaise, wasabi(optional), and horseradish sauce(optional). Stir everything together. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for next day’s lunch/dinner.
