Cut up/chop/slice the onion, garlic, and vegetables.
Heat up oil in a wok. Add the pork to brown for 8-10 minutes or so.
Add the chopped onions and garlic to sauté.
Stir in the celery to cook for 2 minutes.
Then the carrots. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the chopped green beans and napa cabbage. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Let that sauté for 5 minutes. Reserve some of this mixture in a bowl. Set it aside.
Add water and let hat boil.
Add the rice noodles. Break it apart and stir everything together. Cover to cook and stir occasionally for about 6-8 minutes.
