Let's Make Pancit

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sm onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 carrots
  • green beans
  • 6-8 pcs napa cabbage
  • oil for sauteing
  • 1 1/2 cup sliced pork
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • sprinkle of black pepper
  • 1 1/2 sheet Rice/Vermicelli Noodles

Method
 

  1. Cut up/chop/slice the onion, garlic, and vegetables.
  2. Heat up oil in a wok. Add the pork to brown for 8-10 minutes or so.
  3. Add the chopped onions and garlic to sauté.
  4. Stir in the celery to cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Then the carrots. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in the chopped green beans and napa cabbage. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Let that sauté for 5 minutes. Reserve some of this mixture in a bowl. Set it aside.
  7. Add water and let hat boil.
  8. Add the rice noodles. Break it apart and stir everything together. Cover to cook and stir occasionally for about 6-8 minutes.
  9. This is it Pancit!
