- Prepare the ingredients. Slice the sausages diagonally. Chop the onion, garlic, and celery.

- Heat up oil in a skillet, add the onions, garlic, and celery to cook for 3 minutes or so. Stir in the rice to slightly brown for a couple of minutes. Stir in the water then cover. Check a couple of times to stir. Once the rice have cooked, stir in the sausages.

- This might need more water so just add more to continue cooking the rice. Cover the pan to finish cooking for 3 to 5 minutes more.
