- Boil water to cook the spaghetti. Make sure to reserve some of the pasta water.
- Melt butter into a saute pan. Add the onions and garlic to cook until soft. Add the frozen assorted seafood. Stir then cover. Cook for about 8to 10 minutes or so.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt & pepper, then add the wine and juice of 1 lemon. Stir everything together. Stir in the cooked pasta and about 3/4 cup of the pasta water. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese then stir to incorporate.
