Congratulations to the new parents, Aicelle Santos and Mark Zambrano! New baby Zandrine Anne is here and oh my what a head full of beautiful hair. Mommy Aicelle shared that Zandrine “cried really loud, slept the whole day, had some of mommy’s milk and was up all night until 7am today!” AWWWWW!! ♥
