A few celebrities are showering Jollibee with love and support after an incident from a franchise in BGC wherein a customer complained in social media after finding out that the Chicken Joy she ordered was actually a fried towel. Jollibee temporarily shut down the location while conducting an investigation. The company has also issued an official statement. With all these unfortunate hoopla, there are people who are giving the Jollibee some love.
